Robert Winneg is President of New England Capital Partners, where he invests, acquires and operates manufacturing, distribution and service businesses. Bob has been a private equity professional for over 25 years. Prior to NECP, he was a Partner at Heritage Partners, a private equity firm investing principally in mature businesses, where he focused on developing management teams and effective Boards of Directors.  Bob began his investment career at BancBoston in 1990.  

Bob has been an active private investor outside of his professional involvements investing in and working with numerous early stage growth companies such as: Stonyfield Farm Yogurt, Wild Planet Entertainment and New England Baking.

Bob is a graduate of Tufts University and Tuck School of Business Dartmouth College
