Alyssa Fanelli brings over 15 years of strategic relationship management across multiple industries. She started her career at Goldman Sachs and served in various roles within the Securities Divisions from 2002 to 2018. Most recently Alyssa was a Managing Director in Client Relationship Management and Strategy at Goldman Sachs, working closely with firm and divisional leadership to win business mandates, drive connectivity across investment and financing opportunities, and deepen partnerships with key institutional clients.

Alyssa is currently VP at Delos, the pioneer of wellness real estate. At Delos, Alyssa focuses on capital markets initiatives, strategic partnerships, investor relations, and business development opportunities across residential, hotel, commercial and technology platforms creating innovative solutions focused on health and wellness within the built environment. 

Alyssa served on the Board of Visitors for the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University for 8 years, and is a board member of RIVER FUND. Alyssa graduated from Duke University with BSc degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
